The Platform
One Platform, Every Speed You Need

Boutique House's core product is a modular API platform built for teams that cannot afford to wait for infrastructure to catch up with ambition.
What the Platform Actually Delivers

The Boutique House platform is a hosted API gateway and microservice orchestration layer. It ships with pre-built modules for authentication (OAuth 2.0 and API key), webhook management, rate limiting, and structured audit logging. Client teams connect their own services via our published SDK — available for Node.js, Python, Go, and PHP — and are typically sending real requests to their first custom endpoint within 48 hours of onboarding. We manage the infrastructure: auto-scaling compute on AWS ap-southeast-1, nightly encrypted backups, and a 99.9% SLA backed by a service credit policy. You manage the product logic. That boundary is intentional and it is what makes the speed possible.
Platform Capabilities at a Glance
Built for production from day one, with the ink-blue depth of enterprise tooling in a warm-white, no-bloat interface.
Auth & Security Layer
OAuth 2.0, JWT verification, API key rotation, and IP allowlisting ship out of the box. Every request is logged with a tamper-evident hash chain, making compliance audits a report export rather than a forensic exercise.
Webhook Orchestration
Configure multi-destination webhook fans with retry logic, dead-letter queues, and per-event payload transformers — all from a visual editor that generates the equivalent YAML for version control. No more brittle glue code between your services.
Real-Time Observability
A live dashboard shows request volume, error rate by endpoint, and p95 latency in 10-second refresh windows. Alerts route to Slack, PagerDuty, or any webhook target. Know about a degradation before your users do.
Auto-Generated Documentation
Every endpoint you register on the platform is instantly documented in an OpenAPI 3.1 spec, a browsable Redoc portal, and an exportable Postman collection. Keep your docs and your code in sync automatically — no manual markdown maintenance.
SDK & CLI Tooling
The Boutique House CLI lets developers scaffold a new microservice, register it with the gateway, and deploy a staging build in under three minutes. The SDK wraps all platform calls in typed interfaces, so your IDE catches integration errors before they reach CI.
The Developer Experience Is the Product

We treat documentation, SDK ergonomics, and error messages as first-class deliverables — not afterthoughts. Every SDK method ships with a runnable example in the docs. Every error response includes a human-readable message, a machine-readable code, and a link to the relevant documentation section. When something breaks at 2 am in Bangkok, your on-call engineer finds the answer in under two minutes, not two hours. This philosophy is the reason our average integration time is 3.2 days across all client teams in 2024 — a number we measure, publish, and actively work to lower.
The auto-generated Redoc portal saved my frontend team an estimated 20 hours of back-and-forth with the backend engineers. On our last project, the integration spec was always up to date, which is something I have never been able to say before. We cut our QA cycle by a full week because of it.
