Common Questions About Pricing
Can I change plans mid-month?
You can upgrade immediately and the new capacity is available within minutes. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will never be charged for capacity you did not use after a downgrade.
How is the API request count measured?
We count every inbound HTTP request that reaches your registered microservices through the gateway — including retried webhook deliveries. Internal service-to-service calls that do not pass through the gateway do not count toward your quota.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual prepayment earns a 15% discount on any plan. Annual subscribers also receive a dedicated onboarding session with a Boutique House engineer and a complimentary architecture review at the six-month mark.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day full-feature trial of the Builder plan — no credit card required. At the end of the trial period you choose a plan or your account moves to read-only mode with all data and configurations preserved for 30 days.
What currencies do you accept?
Invoices are issued in Thai Baht (THB). We accept payment via Thai bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and PromptPay. International teams may pay by wire transfer in USD or SGD with the exchange rate fixed at invoice date.
