Every engagement at Boutique House begins with a 30-minute discovery call where we focus on one question: what is the fastest path from your current state to a working product in production? We come prepared with questions about your existing stack, team size, and target deployment environment. By the end of the call, you will have a rough integration timeline, a recommended plan tier, and a clear list of the decisions that need to happen before work begins. There is no sales pressure and no proposal deck — just a direct technical conversation between engineers. Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes, and we enjoy it. We will handle the technical specification in-house based on your product requirements. You do not need to arrive with an architecture diagram — a clear description of the problem you are solving is enough to start a productive conversation.

What is your typical project start time?

For clients onboarding to an existing plan tier, API access is live within 48 hours of account creation. For custom bespoke projects, the typical time from signed agreement to first development sprint is five to seven business days.

Can you work in our time zone?

Our core hours are 09:00–18:00 ICT (UTC+7). We regularly collaborate with teams in Europe (CET/CEST) and Australia (AEST/AEDT). For US-based clients, we schedule at least one overlap call per sprint and use async-first communication to bridge the gap.
