For clients onboarding to an existing plan tier, API access is live within 48 hours of account creation. For custom bespoke projects, the typical time from signed agreement to first development sprint is five to seven business days.
Can you work in our time zone?
Our core hours are 09:00–18:00 ICT (UTC+7). We regularly collaborate with teams in Europe (CET/CEST) and Australia (AEST/AEDT). For US-based clients, we schedule at least one overlap call per sprint and use async-first communication to bridge the gap.
